American Idol Watch #8: Auditions Recap

Last night's "Best of the Rest" episode of Idol was a complete disaster that lacked anything remotely interesting to talk about today. Therefore, I have decided that maybe today would be a good day for a "battle royale" between all of the weirdos whose stars shown brightly during this year's auditions. Thus, I have compiled a list of my favorite psychos from this season with my previously posted comments to refresh your memory.
Without further adieu, I proudly present:
The Top Ten Psychos from this Season’s Auditions!
10. Super Staring Guy: "Definitely in the Hall of Fame for psychos from American Idol as he kept giving increasingly awkward and longer glances at the camera."
9. Discount Justin Timberlake: "I personally enjoy the combination of bad singing and dancing."
8. Bubba Gump Girl: "Who knew such a strange voice could come from someone so young?"
7. Boss' Secretary: "I think we all agreed with the judges’ original assessment that the boss was in love with his secretary, thus paying for her plane ticket to the audition. However, the secretary gave the boss quite an impressive serenade in front of the judges. I am not sure if we will ever know the real situation."
6. Cowardly Lion Girl: "I can't insult anyone who makes weird noises as I do them also."
5. The Red Giant: "First off, he had a tooth that wanted to escape his mouth. Secondly, he looked like an out of work lumberjack. Lastly, he sang like an infant."
4. Big Bird Lady: "When I first saw her, I thought she was from a Cuban version of Sesame Street with her bright yellow, feathered shirt and hat."
3. Mr. Emotional: "Finally, it was his turn to perform and he did some sort of weird spoken word combined with some sort of spastic dancing where he threw his body in a diagonal direction. Genius!"
2. Lemur Guy: "So Simon told him that he looked like a “big-eyed monkey” (I think the animal that he was searching for was a Lemur). Although his facial features were a little odd, his talent level actually wasn’t that bad."
1. Ian Freaking Benardo!: "He weighs about 85 pounds. He has a penchant for headbands. He is quite flamboyant. He is very concerned about illegal aliens. If you put all of those factors together, you truly get one epic character."
See you in Hollywood!
