Readers React: The Top 5 Most Annoying Internet Advertisements of All-Time
Dear People Search News,
I have to give you guys credit because your article had me rolling with laughter. I too do not understand the connection between bulls and mortgages. Are bulls the financial experts of the animal world? If I had my choice, I would think that squirrels would be more fiscally responsible because they know the value of storing their prized belongings, a.k.a. nuts. It definitely is an odd pairing, though, an animal and a mortgage advertisement.

Though you listed most of the annoying ads, you forgot the worst offender. I personally cannot handle those “Smiley” ads. Not only do they contain extremely loud and annoying sound effects, the Smiley ads showcase a product that I have zero desire to purchase. I am not the most computer savvy person in the world, but if I want a smiley, I just hit the “(“ key and the colon key. The resulting small yellow smiley face is sufficient enough for my needs.

You guys nailed it. “She Married Him” is the worst. I wish I could find some sort of program to block it from showing up. We need to get together and write classmates.com and tell them to cut it out. Enough is enough.

What about the "Free iPod" ads?

Are you talking about Adblock Plus? We just downloaded it and it works great.
