Dear Mr. Cohn,
First, let me tell you that I enjoy your site. Your articles and interviews are really informative and always insightful. I just read your interview with Michael Tanne of Wink.com. I had never heard of the site before and wasn’t really sure what it was all about. It sounded pretty interesting so I signed up and almost instantly found someone that I had no seen in over 20 years.
Overall I though it was a pretty cool site. It did however take more than a minute to create my account, you would really need to be superhuman to do it in under a minute like Mr. Tanne said, but that’s ok. I linked my Facebook, MySpace, Ziki profiles as well as People Search News for referring me. I did perform a search and like I said, found someone I had not spoken with in over 20 years. I just clicked on their MySpace link and sent her a message.
I would’ve really liked to hear more questions about the benefits of having a Wink.com profile and tips for searching. There doesn’t seem to be many features to this site, it looks pretty basic and I’m just wondering if I’m not getting the full Wink.com experience. It would be nice to hear about what also sets this site apart from all other similar social bookmarking sites. But I think it was a great interview. I’m really glad that I have found your site and look forward to reading more of your articles and interviews in the future. Thank you again and keep up the good work.
