Everyone is talking about Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales' announcement and his plans to launch a new search engine that many specualte could compete with Google. For now, all anyone can do is speculate about this "people-powered search engine" and its venture funded for-profit operations ability to compete with Goole and Yahoo.
